Our specialty is Youth & Adult Transition!
By phone, voice message, virtual, or by text, we will work on your goals while developing a deeper understanding of the self and choosing health-promoting habits that will produce real and lasting results. We aim to increase daily organization, emotional intelligence, and metacognition, address low frustration tolerance, increase task initiation, reduce anxiety-inducing behaviors, avoid procrastinating behaviors, increase interpersonal skills, assertiveness, executive function, and social skills.
The best way to describe our In-Person Services, we try to lend a hand if we can, however, we can. It takes a village, and we could be a part of yours and you ours.
We offer self-development by supporting specific personal development goals through LOVE, old-fashion organic Mentorship, and vintage style Coaching. We specialize in supporting youth, adults, and parents of children with Learning Disabilities, Neurodiverse, ADHD (both diagnosed and seeking diagnosis), Anxiety, ASD, OCD, or anyone who thinks differently.
“My husband and I are grateful for all the mentoring the Hardings provided our son, Micah, during his college years. They treated Micah as a family member as they mentored him through many social challenges. A child with special needs requires more than academic support. They need social/emotional guidance. The Hardings provided the life skills as well as social support needed to succeed. My son will graduate college on time and part of this success is due to their passion to teach skills and strategies needed to succeed in the adult world.” -Lucia Marone (New Jersey)
We believe in the strength of connection and intentionally keep numbers low.
Coaching & Mentorship
…Not a Life Coach
A Mentor is not a ‘Life Coach’ or Therapist.
Life Coaches can only provide guidance and are restricted from giving direct advice.
Therapists/Counselors are licensed medical professional that evaluates, diagnoses, and treats people with emotional and/or mental disorders. Often past-focused working toward healing trauma.
Coaches are typically future-focused & goal-oriented.
Mentors are usually present-focused and will direct, advise or teach on in-the-moment problems or situations. The present will often determine the topic of most mentorship conversations.
OUR Mentors really invest, and the Love given is authentic and honest. Think of us as your Teammate, Cheerleader, favorite Aunt/Uncle, Big Brother/Sister, Coach, or your favorite Teacher.
“To future clients about Mathew and Katherine: First off, they are amazingly loving and caring people. I have had the pleasure of being mentored by both of them. I highly recommend them. When you tell them a situation, they use their own experiences in life to mentor. Katherine has been in life since my junior year. I immediately knew she was my person on campus. I could talk and know that there was no funny business. She will tell you how it is in the moment to make you think that it is not only you. Also, when there is conflict, she really does listen to both sides; thankfully, I did not have much of that, but I would see her jump into action quickly if needed. I still, to this day, turn to Katherine and Mathew to get advice on being an adult with a learning difference.” Alexandra Hegarty - (Flordia)

LEARN to be Self-Aware (EQ)
“If you can’t get along with people, nobody cares how smart, cute or witty you are”
-Katherine Harding
When you learn about your emotional intelligence you improve your mental and physical health, problem-solving skills, and decision-making ability.
Grow
GROWth is not linear,
it is applied
Growth, success, achievement, and progress itself, is not a straight line in one direction, but rather necessitates a step or two backward, a couple of steps sideways, some zigzagging, and circular motions in order to ultimately move forward.
Growth takes application, take responsibility for your actions, and take back your life.
Repeat
We are just getting started!

“Katherine and Matthew are two of the best people I know. They have been there for me through everything I have gone through. They guided me, helped me, never gave up, never judged me, and treated me as if I was their own. Katherine and Matthew are kind, warm, tough, loving, and amazing people. Anytime I need tough love or a shoulder to lean on, they are there. Katherine and Matthew mean the world to me, and I do not know how I would have graduated or where I would be without them. No matter where life takes me, I know I will always have them by my side. Thank you both for everything you have done and for never leaving my side. I know I can always text or call anytime I need. To me, they will always be Mamma Kay and Coach Matthew. I love them both dearly and will forever be grateful they came into my life.” - California
Kaggie K. & Denver
SGA President Beacon College, Oriebtiaion Leader, Peer Tutor, Small Business Owner
I am writing to you to say how grateful I am for the mentorship you’ve given me over the past year. Having the opportunity to learn from both of you has made a substantial impact on me and will change my life forever. When Denver and I first began our journey at college I never imagined I would be able to make as much progress as I have. Thanks to you, I moved up to a mentoring position and ran for president of SGA.
Katherine your kindness and seemingly endless overflowing joy and pure passion for the LD community showed me a whole new path to improving my outlook on life. Before attending college in Florida, I struggled in a world designed for those that fit the "social norms". I fell into its cracks. I had to not only defend my right to a fair education but to be noticed as an equal.
I formed a shell around myself that I had to keep to myself and fight, struggle and fight to be seen as a worthy student. Once I transferred and got to know you, slowly my shell began to crack and I love that was underneath. You taught me self-worth and inner beauty and that I deserve the best and will crush my goals. Your advice has yielded tenfold and I will never look back.
Thanks to your mentoring, I can and will succeed in life on my own terms and will prioritize my well-being for my future success. I do not know how I can ever thank you for the gift of not only confidence but a different form of independence that's hard to summarize. This Disney quote sums up my experience with the Hardings. “You are braver than you believe, Stronger than you seem, And smarter than you think.”
Having you as a mentor has changed my life for the better. I truly appreciate everything that you have done for me. If there is any way that I can repay you, please let me know. I look forward to all your future ventures.
Respectfully
To the Hardings from Kathryn K.
To the Heardings from Denver K.
Thank you ......
For listening when so few can truly hear me
For letting me sniff
For understanding that my job is something to be respected and honored
For all the soul bro time in your office
For advocating on my behalf
For inspiring me to go view each and every day with a thankful yet open heart
For fixing my bed too many times to count
For playing with me, sometimes a Service Dog just needs to let loose
For just being available, when my girl just needed another human being
and most importantly .... it is one thing to be a superior, but a mentor, leader, and friend wasn't a part of the job requirement and yet we got that all rolled into one.
Matt I am so thankful for you and your friendship.
Sniffs and tons of doggy licks
Respectfully. Service Dog, Denver

Bachelors in Psychology -Beacon College“I don’t even know where to start when it comes to these two Katherine (momma k) and Matt both went out of their ways to support me through my high and low days and a lot more. They are both kinds, honest, hold no judgments, and always have my best interests in mind. When Katherine asks, “How can I help?” Or, if she sees me down, she will genuinely ask me what’s wrong. She is truly trying to help you as an individual. She is the kind of mentor that remembers everything from your favorite color to anything about you. When stuck, Matthew helped my father and me move in his work slacks. I can’t imagine what my college experience would’ve looked like or where I would be today without the daily mentorship and guidance from them. Isabelle M. - Massachusetts

You all have helped me grow as a person, you all believed in me when I could not believe in myself, and you are a big part of my success in college. I feel could not have made it through these years without you. I have no doubt that you have positively impacted so many other individuals and that you will continue to do so. We need more people like you in this world. Thank you both, with Love, Jade Ridley” -Georgia

“Matt helped us with our flag football team. The flag football team not only had skills to build concerning playing; working together as a team was hard for them as well. Matt helped develop the team's skill-set as a whole and taught them to be brothers and sisters on the field. However, Matt was not just a coach to the team; he was a mentor. I quickly saw how students took well to him and listened to his life skills advice. He would also relate football to life in the real world. Katherine is the most encouraging person ever. She also has an eclectic mix of knowledge from many different areas that she masterfully combined to produce the best outcome. One day she is helping members of the basketball team with sore muscles and recovery; next, she is marketing activities to get students engaged; then, another day, she is helping a student who has a mental health issue resolve their situation. Students gravitate to her incredibly. She is an excellent mentor.” -Illinois.

“I had the pleasure of working under the leadership of Matthew and Katherine. Matthew quickly earned my respect for his fairness and care for both his students and staff. Katherine always put my mental and physical health first and instilled the importance of a work/life balance. I felt valued for my work, and great care was given to my mental health. I was able to develop as a supervisor and gain emotional intelligence working through and managing difficult situations. They are true caregivers and offer a thousand percent of dedication to both staff and student's needs. Anyone would be fortunate to work with or be cared for by them. Autumn W.” - Flordia
